1.dealson.lk reserve the right to contact the customer directly regarding the orders made.
2.In the event an order which is not collected by the customer is returned to dealson.lk by the postal or courier service the customer will be eligible to collect a refund.
3.Card payments will be refunded to the same card via the payment gateway which the orginal payment was initiated.It will take up to 05 working days for the payment to be processed and refunded.
5.Cash on delivery (COD) payments will be transferred to the customers bank account once the bank details are provided to dealson.lk.
6.Customers are advised to check order details carefully before submitting orders as changes cannot be made once the order has been placed.
